FunkyMEDIA Works on the Piotr i Paweł Online Store Transition to Spar

The project addresses how customers find e-spar when they still search for the online store under its former Piotr i Paweł name.

ŁóDź, POLAND, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- FunkyMEDIA has completed work connected with the transition of the Piotr i Paweł online store to Spar, the online shopping service operated by WSS Detal. FunkyMEDIA’s work for the company includes AI Search.

The transition presents a practical question for online shoppers: where should someone go when they know the store as Piotr i Paweł, but its current shopping destination is e-spar.com.pl? The answer needs to be clear wherever customers look for it, including in AI-assisted search.

FunkyMEDIA will continue its work with WSS Detal to improve how e-spar customers find and understand the service through AI Search. The next phase will focus on the information available to people who ask AI tools about the store, its offer and the relationship between the Piotr i Paweł and e-spar names.

The project concerns the online store and the relationship between its former and current names. It does not represent a launch of the e-spar brand or a change to the entire SPAR retail network.

“When someone asks where to shop at the former Piotr i Paweł store, they need a clear answer that leads them to the current service,” said Rafał Cyrański of FunkyMEDIA. “Our continuing work is focused on making that customer journey clearer in AI Search.”

For FunkyMEDIA, the assignment illustrates a broader challenge facing established brands. Customers may continue to use an earlier name long after a business has changed its online presence. Search services and AI assistants then need enough clear, consistent information to explain the connection between the names and identify the appropriate destination.
