BROOMFIELD, CO, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Wine Country Network, Inc., producer of the North American Bourbon and Whiskey Competition (NABWC), the Denver International Spirits Competition (DISC), the Tequila Mezcal Challenge (TMC), and Wine Country International Magazine, today announced a donation of premium spirits and highly acclaimed bourbon to the Colorado Veterans Project. The donated bottles will be featured in the Colorado Veterans Project's silent auction, held during the 2nd Annual Polaris Pour: Bourbon at the Gate, taking place at Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

The donation totals 75 bottles from more than 20 producers, with a combined estimated retail value exceeding $12,000. Highlights include several rare selections from Buffalo Trace's Antique Collection — George T. Stagg, William Larue Weller, Eagle Rare 17-Year-Old, Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye, and Sazerac 18-Year-Old Rye — alongside standout bottlings such as Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel and Bottled-in-Bond Rye, Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon, Weller C.Y.P.B., and W.L. Weller 12 Year, along with contributions from Stranahan's, Uncle Nearest, WhistlePig, Bushmill's, and other respected craft and heritage brands.
Proceeds from the Colorado Veterans Project's silent auction supports the organization's mission of serving Colorado's veteran community. Polaris Pour: Bourbon at the Gate brings together bourbon enthusiasts, sponsors, and supporters for a weekend celebrating fine spirits while raising funds for a good cause.
